To change the dictation language, start Voice In
Once you start Voice In, you should see a button pop-up on the screen (at the top-right corner). Click on it to open the settings pop-up.
Select your desired dictation language in the language selection dropdown.

Hello, I live at 24-Fairfax Road.
I have lived in this country for over 20-years, I believe everything would be ok in a few years.
The way to achieve anything in life is to gain experience by doing. The more you practice the more you would learn this applies to all humans beings.
