Setting up Remote Desktop

If you encounter an error with Dictanote and we cannot reproduce it, we may assist you directly via Remote Desktop. Remote Desktop allows one of our support staff to directly look at and manipulate the screen on your computer. To set up Remote Desktop, follow the steps below:

1. Install the Chrome Remote Desktop App from here. Once you install the Chrome app, you will likely have to install another package depending on the OS follow the instructions on the screen.

 2. Once you have installed the app, go back to the Chrome Web Store page and click on "Launch App". You will see a screen similar to the one below. Click on Share to share access. 

3. Once you click Share, a code will be displayed. Share the code with us, and we will be able to access your machine remotely then.
