Setting up Remote Desktop

If you have an error using Dictanote and we cannot reproduce the error, we might assist you directly via Remote Desktop. Remote Desktop allows one of our support staff to directly look and manipulate the screen on your computer. To setup Remote Desktop, follow the steps below:

1. Install the Chrome Remote Desktop App from here . Once you install the chrome app, you will likely have to install another package depending on the OS, simply follow the instructions on the screen.

 2. Once you have installed the app, simply go back to the chrome webstore page and click on "Launch App". You will a screen similar to the one below. Click on Share to share access. 

3. Once you click Share, a code will be displayed. Share the code with us and we will be able to access your machine remotely then.
