How to see my subscription status

The Account settings page shows your plans for Dictanote, Voice In and AudioScribe.

Procedure

  1. In the sidebar, click your name. The account menu opens.
  2. Click Account Settings.
  3. Go to the Your plans section.

For Dictanote Pro, the page shows the date of the next renewal or the date when Pro stops.

You can also go directly to dictanote.co/accounts/me.

Cancel your subscription

  1. In the Your plans section, click Cancel subscription.
  2. Click Cancel Dictanote Pro to confirm.

Result: Pro stays active until the end of the period that you paid for. Then the subscription does not renew.

    We are working on an automatic system - will be in by Jan 10,2020
